James Cook travels to Bern
The successful James Cook exhibition has travelled to its third and final destination, Bern. This beautiful exhibition will feature at the Historisches Museum Bern from the 7 October 2010 until 13 February 2011 and features over 400 exhibits from around the world including three items from Exeter's World Cultures collection.
The Historisches Museum Bern has an extensive historical collection that includes material from ancient Egypt, the Iron Age, Roman Empire, the Medieval period and a large ethnography collection that dates from the 18th century.
